Earth Blue Kimono

This summer a big part of the Heartmade Prints collection is made of hand spun and handwoven Khadi cotton. Handwoven in India, it is a fabric that is environmentally friendly as it uses less water in the development. The fabric is often woven by women in the villages. As such it gives the women an income, self respect, and lets them gain more power over themselves and their children.
